About me

As a Registered Dietitian specializing in weight management and eating disorders, I am particularly qualified to help you on your health journey. Starting with a thorough review of your medical history, diet habits, psychological factors, and lifestyle will help to determine your unique needs and challenges. Together, we will develop meal plans that align with your nutritional needs, preferences, and lifestyle. These plans are flexible and adaptable, promoting sustainable changes rather than restrictive dieting.

You can expect clear, evidence-based information about nutrition, to help you understand the role of food in your overall health. We end sessions by setting personalized goals together. Regular follow-ups and support are essential to track progress, celebrate successes, and address setbacks.

Why Nutegra?

Joining Nutegra Mental Health and Nutrition represents an exciting and meaningful step in my career as a Registered Dietitian. I love that Nutegra integrates mental health and nutrition. This aligns perfectly with my belief that addressing both the psychological and nutritional aspects of weight management and eating disorders is crucial for effective treatment and long-term recovery.

Utilizing innovative treatment strategies excites me. Nutegra’s commitment to using the latest evidence-based practices ensures that we provide the highest standard of care. Also, being able to work closely with therapists allows comprehensive and cohesive treatment plans improving patient outcomes and provides an opportunity for me to learn and grow as a professional.

As I have learned through my residency with Nutegra, the connection between nutrition, gut health, and mental health, often referred to as the gut-brain axis, is a fascinating and rapidly evolving field. Being part of Nutegra allows me to explore and apply these insights, helping you achieve better mental and physical health outcomes through targeted nutritional strategies.

Finally, I am excited to help build a supportive online presence through support groups where I can help individuals create a community of people with similar struggles to share their challenges and successes and be a source of support for each other. I believe we all learn through discussion and sharing experiences and knowledge.

I am thrilled to be part of the Nutegra team!
